These sessions introduce the basics of the Sanskrit language, including its precise pronunciation and vibrational quality, while exploring sound, rhythm, and breath as a meditative practice. Rooted in tradition yet accessible, this work supports a deeper connection to the voice, mind, and the subtle effects of sound within yoga.

A powerful way to calm the mind through sound, rhythm, and breath.
In these one-to-one sessions, you’ll be guided step by step to learn chants with clarity and ease, using repetition and vibration as a form of meditation.
This personalised approach supports mental wellbeing, helping to reduce stress, improve focus, and create a steady, grounding practice you can return to in daily life.

Katha Upaniṣad with chant notation in romanised script.
I compiled and published this little chant book, which transliterates the text from Devanāgarī into Roman script with pitch markings, making it more accessible for students to chant.

I am currently compiling a version of the Bhagavad Gītā, notated in the chanting tradition of T.Krishnamacharya.
You can download the transliterated invocation with svaras below.
I also accept commissions for personalised scribing projects.
