Where we engage third party contractors (e.g. teachers running events etc.) to perform services for us, those third party contractors may be required to handle your personal information. Under these circumstances, those third party contractors must safeguard this information and must only use it for the purposes for which it was supplied, although we are not responsible for ensuring this. Other than the above, we will not disclose your personal information without your consent unless disclosure is either necessary to prevent a threat to life or health, authorised or required by law, reasonably necessary to enforce the law or necessary to investigate a suspected unlawful activity.

Changes to our Policy
From time to time, it may be necessary for us to review and revise this policy. We reserve the right to change our policy at any time and, should this occur, the amendment will be posted on our website.
When booking a yoga class, private session or event with Sanskrit Sound & Yoga you are entering into a contract with the following conditions:
Sanskrit Sound & Yoga is not liable for any costs incurred due to cancellation or changes caused by unforeseen events (weather, loss of venue or facilities, acts of God, a pandemic or any other event beyond our control). It is expected that adequate insurance is taken out by the client to cover them for any losses they may incur. In the event Sanskrit Sound & Yoga chooses to cancel a Course, Yoga Workshop (including Sanskrit sound & chanting) or Yoga Retreat (including Sanskrit sound & chanting) without rescheduling, any monies paid will be returned. If a rescheduling takes place and you are able to attend the new date(s), you will automatically be booked on. However, if you are unable to attend and request a refund, this will be provided.
It is the Clients responsibility to ensure they disclose any medical conditions or injuries, (including mental health conditions) to Sanskrit Sound & Yoga before taking on any classes, or events.
Sanskrit Sound & Yoga takes no responsibility for any injuries sustained by participation in yoga and related activities.
Block Booked One-to One Online:
Payment is due at the time of booking. By booking a block of private Vedic Chanting classes you are receiving a discounted price for the classes which must be completed within a three month period. The cancellation period is 24 hours notice given in writing (e-mail and/or text/whatsapp), from the due start time of the class. If less than 24 hours notice is given the session will be charged.
No refunds are available for any Private Vedic Chanting One-to-One online classes.
Workshops and Day Events:
For events that are a full day or less, then full payment is required at time of booking to secure your place. If you cancel with more than 28 days notice in writing then full payment less than £10 admin fee will be given. Cancellation between 28 and 14 days, 50% refund will be given. Cancellation with less than 14 days – no refund, credit or alternative will be given. You may be able to send a substitute in your place, but only if this is first agreed by Sanskrit Sound & Yoga.
